My daughter had a friend spend the night Saturday. Before the friend arrived, my daughter asked if she was going to church with us in the morning. The dialogue went like this:

Mom: "No, she isn't going with us."
Cece: "Why not?"
Mom: "Because she's Catholic. She'll go to her own church."
Cece: "But aren't we Catholic?"
Dad: "Yes, but we're English Catholic and she's Roman Catholic."

Hey, I had to say something. I wonder if this qualifies as a "Coffee Hour" question for GOE's??
