BETTER
Today was a good day. A much needed conversation took place to straighten out a few ... hinky spots ... with a friend. Persistence pays off. It's nice to be back on the same page again. And, while difficult, I wouldn't change the script.
So, thank you to my two readers who offered their thoughts and prayers.
Moving from a black & white world to a world of color is a wonderful thing.
So, yes ... I'm better. Now back to my regularly boring postings of football (big weekend coming up) and sermons (which I am back writing again).
Football: Divisional semi-finals tomorrow and Sunday. Seattle is back in the playoffs and looking strong. But they haven't won a playoff game since ... 1984. Wow. If I were a betting man (and I'm not, especially if you've seen any of my predictions), I would say that the team with the best chance of being upset is Denver. New England is just a scary playoff team that is peaking at the right time.
Sermon: It's the annual meeting at Christ Church. That means only one service on Sunday for me. It was only going to mean one sermon, since what I was going to preach at CC isn't necessarily what VC needs to hear. But I managed to cobble together a sermon that touched on some things that are relevant to them, and the person officiating MP will read the sermon. I will only post the one for CC though.
And that's enough for one day. I'm going to give "Daniel" one more chance tonight. I'll let you know what I think later.

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.
