BETTER NOW

I heard a funny noise last night. I couldn't identify it, and it wasn't rummaging through the valuables, so I ignored it.

Woke up to a very cold house today. Thermostat set at 68, actual temp hovering below 50. So I told everyone to bundle up and made hot oatmeal for breakfast.

I moved the little space heater from my office over for Mrs. Ref, and went to work (after I called the furnace guy). Then a friend dropped off a propane heater. Mrs. Ref said everything warmed up real quick.

Furnace guy came out and fixed the problem. The house is now warm again. This means we won't have to sleep at the motel.
