WHO ARE YOU?
I remember when I was the designated Security Dude With Boots at SWTS. One of my main duties (well, I had lots of main duties -- letting students back into their rooms, re-starting the water heater, ticketing cars parked illegally [which is almost impossible NOT to do in that matchbox they call a parking lot], restarting the sump pump, etc) was to open the seminary doors in the morning, and lock up at night.
Every once in awhile, we'd get students from Northwestern in our computer lab that had to be reminded it was time to leave. One night I came upon a young woman whom I had never seen before, so I politely reminded her it was time to leave. She turned around, sort of surprised . . . and it was Susie . . . who had just lopped off her hair that day.
All of that lead-in to say, "The Kid lopped off her hair yesterday." She had about 11 or 12 inches removed and will donate it to Locks of Love. But it still is going to take some getting used to.
On the plus side . . . it looks really good.

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.

Sounds familiar. Our son did the same thing. Except he went through an intermediate stage where he had a mohawk, complete with the 13-inch liberty spikes.
Yours didn't do that, did she?
No ... no spikes.
Hee, hee. I remember that!
Locks of Love is wonderful, but yeah... when they need at least 10 inches, its quite a change!
