SHE'S HOME . . . . FINALLY

Juli left us for home Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. It was a sad affair (see a couple of posts down), but the plane left on time and we were looking forward to hearing from her on Wednesday when she got home.

Well ... so much for schedules.

Her original flight out of JFK was delayed. And delayed again. And finally cancelled.
Flights the next day were delayed and changed.

The short story to a long event is that she spent two days in NYC before finally flying out, and didn't arrive in her home city until earlier this afternoon.

The poor kid. But she's home, and she called us, so we are, if not happy, relieved.

I'm still bummed she's gone, though.
