As you all know, last night was filled with ghosties and ghoulies and things that go bump in the night.
The Kid had a Hallow'een party in the parish hall. She invited all of her class and apparently they had a good time. Mrs. Ref and I popped in there occassionally just to make sure things weren't getting out of hand. This was her first "do it all myself" party, so it probably wasn't the toast of the town, but they had fun.
They played some games (although nobody thought of apple bobbing, my personal favorite), ate some food and went trick-or-treating as a group. It was during the last activity that people got separated and the number dwindled drastically.
As of yet, nobody has asked my why The Priest is letting The Priest's Daughter have a Satanic Hallow'een Party in The Church Parish Hall. The Church of the RTC's had their annual "Harvest Party" at some point this past weekened, but, heathen that I am, we didn't attend.
Maybe I've been written off as a hopeless case. Besides the Hallow'een thing, there's all that bar hopping I do. Which reminds me . . . It's Stockman night tonight.
I hope all your ghoulish activities were safe and you didn't collect any bad candy.

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.

Hello there,
I just ran across your blog tonight and wanted to point something out to you:
You don't have an RSS feed. You can activate one inside blogger. This will allow people to more easily track new writings, and will increase your traffic. I tried adding you to my Google Blog Reader but it said no RSS feed existed.
Let me know if you need help. My email address is all over my blog, which you can get to by clicking my name.
