Perfect . . . so far

Well, the Patriots did it. They beat the Giants to have a no-loss season. 16-0. Pretty impressive.

I'm sure there are people who will say, "Yes, but they barely beat the Ravens, and they didn't look all that great against the Giants and . . ." But you know what? They won.

Being perfect (in the football world) doesn't mean you have to beat every team by 35 while not allowing a point. They found a way to win. They found a way to overcome Tom Brady's 5 interception performance. They found a way to come back from a 16 point deficit. They kept persevering. They kept at it. They kept moving forward. And they were successful.

Football is life; the rest is just details.

WOO HOO!!!

Exactly. In one half this year, they didn't score. I dare you to remember which game and which half next november.

I heart Tom Brady.

I am *petrified* they are going to lose now, when there is no more room for losing. You can find me with a bottle of Pepto, rocking in a corner somewhere. Sheesh. Didn't I give this kind of stress up when the Sox went all the way in October? =P
