Weekend Schedule

Friday day: Laundry, a little house cleaning, pick up next set of historical mementos that are ready, up to VC to drop mementos at the office and license the car, pack for Helena.

Friday later: Drive to Helena for a Mission Planning/Stewardship retreat. EP at the cathedral and pizza at the bishop's.

Saturday: Official meeting until 2:30 or so, then head home.

Sunday morning: Services at both places as normal.

Sunday afternoon: Back to Helena for a diaconal ordination. (This would be one of those times I could wish for a local ELCA parish to have their pastor cover for me).

I hope the ordination went well! She trained me to be a sacristan captain in our chapel and I've watched her pull off a spectacular, highly detailed Maundy Thursday service here too. She's also just a smart, funny person. She's going to be a great priest.
