More Bad News

Still not better . . . ick.

And learned today that Hostess filed for bankruptcy.

Also learned that they make something called Yodels and Ring Dings. I've never heard of these things, but judging from the picture in the article, they are what I have always known as HoHo's and Ding Dongs.

I wonder if this is an East Coast/West Coast thing; much like Best Foods mayonnaise out here is known as Hellman's back there (which I never knew until I moved to Chicago).

If I was up to it, I'd go by myself a box of Ding Dongs.

Oh, dear! Hope you feel better - soon! Nothing like driving the porcelain bus to drain not only your system, but your dignity. And what is it about people being in the bathroom that is so fascinating to pets? There is only one door; I'll be back out. But NO, they all have to come in and supervise. Or is that only our house?

One of my favorite guilty pleasures are the cream-filled chocolate cupcakes from Hostess. I hope they can reorganize & survive!

Thought about you right away when I heard that. Very sad thing. Since I've heard they last forever, maybe we should begin stocking up.
