We are officially home from our Prague vacation. We arrived in Portland Friday around noon. We got some sleep, then hung out in Portland for most of the morning, doing a little necessary food shopping and making a trip to Voodoo Donuts. We got back to the house around 4 p.m.
After unloading the car and running a few errands, we relaxed and went to bed early, still working on adjusting to Pacific Time. And today is our last official day of vacation. We're going to do brunch at a local restaurant, and then do some major food shopping and finish the laundry.
As I was upstairs doing some exercises (for the first time since before leaving) and waiting for Mrs. Ref to come upstairs, I was thinking, "So this is what it's like to sleep in on Sundays."
Back to normal tomorrow.

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.

Doing exercises - I've been meaning to ask you for ages how your back was feeling.
The back is pretty much normal now -- which means no excruciating pain causing me to fall to the floor and unable to walk or move, but the constant pain that I've been dealing with all my life.
So that's a good thing.
