FIRST TIME

Did my first funeral today. Everything went very well. Lot's of people came . . . I didn't screw up . . . We had a good reception over at the Methodist hall afterwards. Pretty basic stuff really.

I had alot of people tell me what a great service it was and what a good job I did. It's times like this that I thank God I'm an Episcopalian. There's NO WAY I could've organized a funeral like that without the BCP to help out.

Call me a wuus (woos? whus?) -- gutless -- but why re-invent the wheel everytime? One thing the GOE's taught me was that I don't have to know everything, I just need to know where to look.
