NOTHING SAYS "MORNING" LIKE ADRENALINE
The Kid had a volleyball tourney today in Townsend. It's about 2 hours up the road from here with road construction and all. It's also the long way to Helena. What this means is that the team bus leaves the school at 0730.
Last night I worked the Dillon game. It was a perfect night for football. We even went in short sleeves. The wind died down, it was cool, but not bad once we got to running around. And I was the white hat, so I did alot of running last night. Got home around 10:30, got on the computer to check mail, and then got involved in a couple of AIM chats. Went to bed around 11:45.
Mrs. Ref went scrapbooking with several of her friends. This is a scary thing. She got home around 12:30.
It rained last night. And it cooled down. It was the type of Saturday morning that requires sleeping in. Staying under the covers, bundled up, listening to the rainfall . . . (you're way ahead of me on this one, aren't you . . . )
The alarm went off at 7:16. I was upset that it disturbed my sleep.
For about 3 seconds.
Then we got to enjoy the experience of, "Get The Kid ready for a volleyball tourney and to the bus in 14 minutes! MOVE!! MOVE!!!! MOVE!!!!"
Mission accomplished.
I spent the entire day in a sleep-deprived but functional state.

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.
