AN OMEN??

I really don't believe in omens; but still, I had to wonder . . .

Today I finally took all of my paperwork to the accountant for tax season. In short, this will not be a pretty year for the Ref household. But, that's life and we'll just have to deal with it.

I have two criteria when having my accountant do my taxes: 1) Keep me out of prison; and 2) do what you can (legally, of course) to keep my payments to a minimum.

With that in mind, I was .... shocked? thrown off balance? wary? ..... about this headline that appeared on my e-mail from ENS:
