HAPPY DANCE

Today was the Annual Meeting up in VC. Everything went well and there was plenty of food for breakfast.

Between the meeting and service, I had a chance to talk with the contractor who is working on the CC Bell Tower. The tower has been completely built, it should receive a second coat of paint tomorrow (and maybe some touch-up on Tuesday), and it is possible that the new tower will be installed by this Friday . . . certainly by next Friday.

That is very cool!!

Once I get pictures developed, I'll see about putting them up here, and I'll definitely get them up on the parish website (link is over there on the right).

I'm planning to write an article for the local paper and have a special re-dedication service on February 17. I think I'll let everyone take a turn at ringing the bell.
