Okay . . . I thought this was hokey, but it turns out to actually be pretty on the mark. If I were a supervisor, I'd probably have everyone take this simply because it's good to have an idea of where everyone is coming from.

I took the test and learned that I am a "Benevolent Director." At first I thought it read "Benevolent Dictator" and I was going to have them beheaded in a kind, even humane manner.
