WHAT THE HAIL IS GOING ON?

I woke up early this morning to the not so gentle rat-a-tat-tat of hail pounding against the windows. That, combined with the thunder, had me seriously worried for this weekend.

I'm doing my first outdoor wedding tomorrow evening. For the past two weeks the weather has been gorgeous. Now, this week, we've had everything from drizzle to snowstorms. When I looked outside, it was really, really black. You'd think it was spring or something.*

But there's hope ... this storm has apparently blown through and it's now sunny. I'm hoping that the predicted "Sunny and 67" forecasted for Saturday actually comes true.

*When thinking spring, May is to Montana what March is to the rest of the country.

This is not the most encouraging thing I've read, considering I'll be there in less than a week. :-)
