Baby Steps

Things are happening slowly but surely at my two little parishes.

At Christ Church, one of my parishioners offered to pay for the painting of the east side of the building and another parishioner gave me a check that covers all but S&H for a new fair linen.

At St. Paul's, I am pretty sure that we have new carpet selected. After a year, I finally found a pattern worthy of the historical aspect of the building from a company that will custom dye. The good pattern plus the good color should mean that the vestry will approve the selection next week. Of course, as soon as I say something positive, it will all go terribly wrong.

But we are making progress . . . a little bit at a time.
