Cha Cha Cha Changes

So, it looks like things are going to get interesting here in a quick manner.

After discussing with both vestries the possibility of merging congregations, a sub-committee was created to begin exploring possibilities (I call them the Brain Trust). They had their first meeting this past week and, according to reliable sources, it seems like the decision to merge is imminent. That happened a whole lot quicker than I had originally imagined.

I haven't actually heard from anyone on the Brain Trust, but I'm betting that that will be a Sunday conversation.

The next step will be to address the congregation as a whole to begin putting things in motion. I'll post updates here when they become available. In the meantime, I thought this was appropriate:
