Vacation Prep

One of the reasons I dislike taking an extended vacation is because of all the prep work I need to do before I leave. This is just one of the reasons why I prefer mini-vacations -- a day off here and there, an extended weekend -- over the two week monstrosity that I'm looking at now.

We are heading off to Germany to see The Kid. Should be interesting to see how she's changed over these past ten months and seeing some of the sights of Germany will be interesting. But still . . . prep work.

So I went into the office this morning and got this semi-organized for being gone. Tomorrow I will finalize a lot of that stuff; then I can focus on standard day-to-day activities.

It's good to have a list.
