Oops

The MRI for my back is scheduled for today at 9:15 a.m. PST.  This is a good thing.

The fact that I can't get my wedding ring off is a bad thing.

If I had been thinking, I would've gone to the local jewelry store this weekend and had them try to get it off.

**Thanks, LadyAnne.  And while I was playing with ice and petroleum jelly this morning -- for the RING -- really!! -- ahem -- it occurred to me that MRI's are magnetic and that neither gold or diamonds are magnetic.  Not sure where that thought came from, but it must have been some Science Channel trivia buried in the back of my head.

Good luck! And BTW, of all the MRIs I've ever had, they've never asked me to remove my wedding band.
