Unplanned Events

Mrs. Ref was home Friday.  Originally she was going to take a road trip, but that fell through.  So we were both off yesterday and had plans for laundry and major housework.

But we got this flyer from the car dealership where we bought our car from shortly after moving here and thought, "Why not, let's go check it out."

We ended up spending most of the day there wandering around and talking with a sales rep and purchasing a new car.

It's got a lot of miles, but fewer miles than the original car.  The interest rate is lower.  It gets better mileage.  All pluses.

On the negative side, it's a Ford that allows people to open locked doors while the car is moving.

It'll be okay, though.  I promise I won't play with the handle anymore.
