Some lights are good to see: the stars in the Milky Way on a warm summer night in Montana, the lights of your home town after a long time away, or the lights of a warm house on a cold winter's night are just some of the lights that are of a pleasant nature.
Some lights are bad to see: the blue lights of a police cruiser behind you, the red lights of emergency vehicles as you realize they're going to YOUR house, or the gas light on a unfamiliar car.
Yeah . . . So the girls are away at Camp this week (having a ball, I'm sure). And while they're gone, one of our friends loaned me her vehicle. Which was nice and all, but I didn't count on the gas light coming on before I got to work this morning. Add to that that I don't know what kind of gas mileage it gets or if it can make the 20 mile trip back home.
Luckily for me, the vehicle gets good enough gas mileage to make that trip, so I didn't have to walk or cart fuel or hitchhike or anything mean and nasty like that. Pulled into town and made a beeline for the gas station where I promptly filled the tank.
Some lights are good, some lights are bad. And some Lights you simply listen to, like this:

A Few Words About Comments
Comments are always welcome here, but there are a few things you should know:
1) If you comment, leave a name. If you can't figure out how to log in or register or whatever the system is making you do (which, believe me, I fully understand how frustrating that can be) and you must comment anonymously . . . leave a name in the comment section. Purely anonymous comments will be deleted.
2) Comments I deem to be offensive, irrelevant, or generally trollish will be deleted. I'm mainly talking to the Akurians here. Don't make me get out my flag!
3) If you would like to receive e-mail notification of other comments so you can more easily follow a conversation (yeah, like I ever have those on this blog), you must register with Blogger. Sorry . . . I didn't have anything to do with that one.
Enjoy the game.
