GEARING UP

Like everyone else, we are gearing up for the Christmas season. This year seems to be more relaxed on the home front . . . Maybe that's because Mrs. Ref has done all the shopping.

And like every other priest I know, I'm getting ready for the mad rush that is Advent IV and Christmas Eve all on the same day. And to be fair, some of us are more busy than others (way to go, Ryan!).

Here's what's on my agenda for the upcoming week or so:

Sunday services as normal
Hand bell choir at VC, 7 pm this Sunday
Greening CC and Vestry Meeting on Monday
Complete ordos for Advent IV and Christmas L&C (to be held on 12/31)
Sermon writing for Advent IV, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Greening VC between Advent IV and Christmas Eve

What am I missing? I know I'm missing something.

Regularly scheduled sermon posting returns Sunday.
