Thanksgiving

So, like everybody else, we are getting ready for Thanksgiving; and once again, we are headed over to Jane & Bruce's place.

Everyone is packing tonight so that we can leave after service tomorrow. I have a Thanksgiving Day service at 9, and then I would imagine we'll be on the road by 11.

It's about a three hour drive on a good day, and I'm not sure what the weather will be like tomorrow.

I still think we've got the better end of the deal though. I don't have to cook the turkey, or find space for everybody to sleep, or deal with mass quantities of dishes, or stress out about the cleanliness of the house. I just drive.

This little excursion is becoming a Montana tradition for our two families. That's a good thing, and I am very thankful that we can do this.
