Denial

I went home for lunch today.

Our temp daughter (foreign exchange from Mongolia) was home because, as a "graduating" senior, she's finished with school. I thought she might take this time to enjoy the sunshine, wander around with some friends downtown and generally enjoy herself.

Nope.

She's organizing her room, cleaning up, sorting and packing in preparation for her return home.

I'm not talking about this.
