Rivalry Weekend and Neil Diamond, Part 2

So I was out with my Senior Warden and I brought this question up about wondering why "Sweet Caroline" was being sung at Big Ten football games.

According to her, it's apparently a Glee thing. You know . . . that show on FOX where kids sing and dance in the hallways like they do at every high school in America.

Anyway, apparently "Sweet Caroline" made a Glee appearance and it's now taking Big Ten stadiums by storm.

I can't explain why it is played at any sporting event, except for Red Sox games.
